This is an open invitation to all singers! We especially encourage local choirs and other chorus singers to attend. The workshops will be held on August 12th, 19th, and 26th from 7:30 – 8:30 pm at Valley Presbyterian Church, 21 W. Whisconier Road, Brookfield, CT. Parking is free and the church is wheelchair accessible. The fee is $28.00 per workshop. with master teacher and celebrated mezzo-soprano Elizabeth Russo. Singers of all levels and ages will be challenged to discover new vocal colors and dynamics which will elevate confidence. Classes will include light physical warm-ups and stretches, vocal technique, including both group and individual instruction, and work on choral repertoire.
She is a member of the National Opera Center in NYC and has taught at Fordham University
in Manhattan, New York University, the Music Learning Center in Danbury, CT, Chautauqua Institute, and the Connecticut Conservatory of Music and Dance.
